1.    N ° 4 wet drawing machines, year of construction 1980, consisting of:

·         Payoff with fixed vertical axis.

·         11-step wet drawing machine.

·         copper plating tank.

·         Din 630 horizontal axis spooler.

·         DC electrical equipment, re-done in 2001.

Drawing and copper plating speed: max 10 mt / s. Ideal production speed: 7 mt / s.

2.    N ° 4 wet drawing machines, year of construction 1980, consisting of:

·         horizontal axis spooler for finished product on 16 kg random spools.

3.    N ° 3 respooling lines, for finished product on 16 kg reels. Layer to layer or random.

They are equipped with a horizontal axis spooler, suitable for supporting 400 kg semi-finished product spools (Din 630).

4.    N ° 2 drum packers, one of which is in line with a wet drawing machine.

Suitable for winding copper wire, diameters 0.80 / 1.00 / 1.20 mm, on drums of 400 Kg.

The second drum packer is equipped with a horizontal axis spooler Din 630.

5.    N ° 1 packaging line for 16 kg reels of finished product.

The line works with an operator who has the task of positioning the finished reel on the conveyor belt, which is subsequently packaged in a nylon bag, and is automatically inserted into the cardboard box and closed automatically; and, by means of a conveyor belt it is carried to the pallet.

Power:

·         All wet drawing machines are equipped with a 30 KW motor and a 15 KW coil on the reel.

·         In each respooling line there are 30 KW (unwinder + rewinder).

·         A total of 45 KW is installed in each drum packer.

·         In the packing line, 5 KW.

+ An air compressor is included for the needs of all systems.

+ N. 2 butt welders + n. 2 pointing machines for thin wires.

Production capacity: 250 tons / month, over 3 work shifts.

Workers engaged: 3 per shift + 1 daily worker.
