Rubber coated draw-in rollers drive the process material automatically into the forming section.

The material is fed on bottom level, conveniently at a normal workheight. The hydraulic material entry table is automatically ascending and descending.

• Roll forming sections for two or three different profiles; post-cutters for the end products; pre-cutter for the flat material; multiple solutions for auto. parts-stacking.
• All sections ^ are driven by own electric motors; consequently: the stress for the drives and axles is minimized, this results in a maximized reliability of the equipment.
• The stacker level is automatically controlled by the line software. During production, the stacker height gets automatically lowered step by step, along with the increasing number of finished sheets; not even the first profile sheets made of a stack are, ever likely to fall down from a too high position: "100-percent damage-free products".
• For parts-unloading the inner part of the dual-frame stacker rises above all the other structures, which enables the safe removal of the completed stack -- for example, by a forklift. Various solutions are available for stacking, including belt conveyors that take the stack forwards.
