The machine revamping has included:

• grinding of Work Rolls (hardness not less than 60-62 HRC)
• new Back-Ups
• new lubrication unit, with electric motor-pump for the distributor and joints
• new centralized lubrication system for the work rolls
• remaking or completion of the aboard-electrics (they would be wired on branch boxes)
• new roll guarding cases (at entry/exit and for upper bridge)
• main motor and stand-by brake
• checking and taking up of upper bridge clearances
• re-painting
