Advantages of our laser cutters

• High speed cutting of different materials like Steel, Galvanized, Aluzinc, Plastisol, Aluminum, Stainless steel, etc. (max thickness: 2.0 mm)
• Max. speed 25 m/min. Accuracy, +/- .2 mm, including holes
• Any parts that can be drawn by a CAD program, can to be cut
• Few maintenance, acceptable energy consumption with the fiber laser. We only use high quality IPG laser sources and Precitec cutting heads
• Limited noise during operation
• The sheets are moved by a linear drive by pneumatic clamps, forwards and backwards with a very accurate movement and few risks of crashes
• Easy operation by touch screen
• In lieu of Nitrogen we use compressed air, much easier and cheaper to supply to the machine. Just a good compressor with approx. 650 ltr/min capacity and air drier suffices. (We supply a booster to get sufficient pressure)

• We offer a wide variety of optional equipment to customize the machines

 The machines are programmed by independent software, for developing and programming. We offer the most used Autodesk Camduct or Eurosoft software, but using other systems is possible with the universal CNC control of the machine

 After ending a cutting program, the sheet is cut off and pushed out of the machine. Next program can be started automatically

Autodesk Camduct or Eurosoft Cutexpert ^:

 Very efficient programming of standard parts for insulation cladding or HVAC, independent from the machine. Programming possible in the workshop or at office

 Complete library with parts and fittings for Insulation cladding and air ductwork

 Run on a Windows PC, offline from machine: allowing a high occupancy rate

 A library with preference-parts can be made by the operator

 Standard parts can be stored in any default, just to minimize programming time

 Supplements for seams and connectors can be programmed and stored in infinite numbers, with or without fixing holes and notches

 Data input of data quick and uncluttered, with clear 3D views of parts

 Developments can quickly be monitored and, even changed before accepting

 Different parts can be combined

 Automatic or manual dividing of those developments too big to be cut in one piece

Advantages and features of coil fed laser cutters generally and, of these particular machines:

 It can work without interruptions, given the continue supply of material. Efficient material consumption and low waste

 The products remain fixed by microjoints. These joints can be adjusted on the machine easily. The products can then be

broken out, at the end, very easily

 Very longs parts can be produced (theoretical, of unlimited length)
