The construction of steel poles with diameters from 1000mm to 2900mm and material thicknesses from 12mm to 30mm is with different shells, given the pole weights and lengths. The optimal solution is the 4-shell one.

Thanks to our innovative automated coupling system, no overhead cranes or special tools are required to handle and mate the shells. Our machine allows to weld the joint applying the right force -laterally, and from above- to close it without any deformation: it checks the value of the applied force and modifies it according to the mechanical resistance (diameter and thickness).
