Mini Recoilers for 1000/1250mm wide (or narrower) coils, max. material thickness 1mm Speed up to approx. 23-24m / min The Recoilers suit for any cut to length or multi-blanking lines. They come complete with: - tension pad with 'felt' - loop control system - recoiler with hand-operated coil leading edge clamp on drum - air operated separator arm - hardened steel separators before tension pad and on overarm - control panel - base frame ("enbloc" execution standard) Option: - coil off-loading car (not with the "enbloc" execution) -- 'All-radius' bent drum segments Coil ID 500mm Cardboard rings are to be placed on drum 0-14 RPM drum rotation speed at winding, adjustable by action of an ultra-sonic photo-cell. The photo-cell is mounted on a support with two undriven rolls, a 5m long cable is provided for it The up-down motion of the tension pad is by action of air cylinders with manually operated valve 3HP AC Drive Motor with Inverter The electric panel and the following are mounted on machine frame: - manual/auto selector - manual 'forward' selector - 'start' control - emergency pushbutton
